Pearl Millet/Kambu/Bajra Flour.
Prepared by roasting organically grown pearl millet & grinding in small batches. From an organic farmers group prepared in own facility using organically grown unpolished millets without any preservatives or added sugar. Excellent for preparing porridge, breakfast & snack items like puttu, kozhukattai, laddus. For one serving of porridge, add two tablespoons to one and a half glasses of water & mix well before cooking. Stir continuously, add raw cane sugar while cooking. A summer staple - Have with milk or buttermilk of choice.
