Toor Dal (Red Gram), Roasted Gram, Green Gram. Himalayan Rock Salt, Asafoetida. No added Artificial Flavours. Colors or Preservatives.
After opening the pack, immediately transfer the contents into a clean, dry & airtight container. Keep it in a cool, dry place or a refrigerator. Since there are no preservatives, use it within 6 months of opening the pack.
Add a generous measure of Paruppu Podi and ghee/gingelly oil to hot steamed rice and mix well. Enjoy this simple meal with our crunchy Yelai vadaam. When mixed with ghee/gingelly oil, it can also be a delicious side for South Indian staples like Idli, Dosa & Paniyaram.
