Aval/Poha - Finger Millet/Ragi
This and the other millet flakes are usually my breakfast meals in place of red rice poha. Usually just soak them in boiling water and eat with pomegranate (or jaggery powder) and nuts and seeds and a spoonfull of raw coconut oil. Sometimes i turn them into granolas. Love the ease and to have a more local seasonal option to oats.
