Sprouted Finger Millet Flour
This flour is prepared by sprouting, drying & roasting organically grown Finger Millet (Ragi) using small machines.
This Ragi Malt is excellent for preparing porridge, and breakfast & snack items like puttu, kozhukattai, laddus, etc.
For one serving of porridge, add two tablespoons to one and a half glasses of water & mix well before cooking. Stir continuously while cooking.
