Black Wheat
Black wheat looks black/purplish. This carries high amounts of anthocyanins and anti-oxidants. It is also high in dietary fiber and zinc. This is developed through normal plant breeding and is an improved variety. The original variety is from Japan and bred along with an Indian variety. Recently becoming popular in India, our black wheat comes from the organic farmer's group in Madhya Pradesh from where we source many of our wheat varieties. This becomes the eighth variety of wheat available to us.
