This Lemon pickle is blanched and sundried and made with organic spices for a spicy pickle. Made with all organic ingredients, no additives or preservatives used. Made in small batches, sun-dried and store naturally without losing its flavours. It is made by a small women's collective Kadamabari in Thrissur. Very less oil is used in the process.
