Dry Mango Pickle (Homemade)
The Mangoes are cut, salted and sun-dried for 3-5 days ( directly or using a dryer) and made with organic spices for a spicy pickle. Made with all organic ingredients, no additives or preservatives used. Made in small batches, sun-dried and stored naturally without losing its flavours. It is made by a small women's collective Kadambari in Thrissur. Very less oil is used in the process.
To be used along as accompaniment for rice, millets or roti based meals
Keep refrigerated / Use dry spoon every time
