Emmer Wheat

Emmer wheat (Khapli gehu) is an ancient, low yielding wheat variety that was grown from the times of ancient Egyptians. In India it is mainly grown in Maharashtra , MP & North Karnataka.
The flour of this organically grown wheat is high in fibre & low in gluten & makes soft rotis that leaves you feeling light. It can be used for baking bread as well.
