Emmer wheat vermicelli is made from organically grown emmer wheat in an organic-certified single farm in the Pune district. The vermicelli is prepared by a women's self-help group in the village. This short stick-like vermicelli is high in fiber & good for making sevai, upma, kheer, etc.
