Jaggery is grown naturally and processed naturally in-farm. It comes from two farms where the cane is grown organically and processed naturally  in-farm every season. As the sugar cane juice solidifies the jaggery is rolled into balls by skilled workers. Processed without any chemicals this cane sugar jaggery is excellent for making all Indian sweets.
