Pearl Millet/Kambu. Grown by organic farmer groups in Pudukottai and Harur, processed in their facility. Unpolished, with its natural greenish colour. Pressure cook with 1: 3 water with 3 whistles on high and 2 on low, fluff gently with a fork before serving. Used in fermented porridge (Koozh) and kichadi. A fibre-rich, cooling millet ideal for summer.
