Red cowpea is arguably the most popular whole pulse in Kerala and forms a part of daily cuisine. It is a very tasty whole pulse and used with a range of vegetables or as a standalone. To cook, soak for an hour or two and then cook with 1:2 water in a pressure cooker for three whistles or in an open vessel with 1:3 water.

We too have a small variety of cow pea in Uttarakhand. So got this to compare.
This variety is excellent.

I brought 4 kg from you guys ,but unfortunately both the 2kg packets were full of insects dead and alive.Wouldnt purchase again This is the first time ,I was duped so badly by a company who claims to be organic
