Organic Proso Millet (Raw)
Grown in Karnataka and obtained from a certified organic farmers group. Unpolished, with its bold yellow colour, looks like a bigger foxtail millet. Pressure cook with 1:3 water with 4 whistles. Tasty millet used for making Pongal, Kichadi, bisi bele baath.
