Description
Traditional variety of Kambu/Pearl millet grown by organic farmer groups in dryland areas of TN. Unpolished, with its natural greenish colour, small-grained. Pressure cook with 1: 3 water with 3 whistles on high & fluff gently with a fork before serving. Used in fermented porridge (Koozh) and kichadi.
