After ages, I am thrilled to have my own stock of almost-homemade sambar powder. The sambar came out delicious, but way hotter than I can handle. I ate sambar for breakfast lunch and dinner two days straight - naturally my stomach protested. But this is a good problem to have - next time I will share the sambar generously with friends and colleagues. Thank you!!
