Sprouted Pearl Millet Flour
This flour is prepared by sprouting, drying & roasting organically grown Pearl Millet (Bajra / Kambu) using small machines.
Pearl Millet malt is excellent for preparing porridge, and breakfast & snack items like puttu, kozhukattai, laddus, etc.
For one serving of porridge, add two table spoons to one and a half glasses of water & mix well before cooking. Stir continuously while cooking.
