Returns & Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds:

Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept return or refunds requests.  However, you may return a product received from the Company or claim refund only under the following conditions:

In case of Damaged product

  • Damaged products to be notified with 48 hours of receiving the consignment via email to e.orders@biobasics.org
  • The order number, receipt or proof of purchase, clear image of the outer box and clear images of the products if damaged to be sent over mail.
  • In case of multiple items shipped, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter
  • We will be happy to provide a better resolution by providing refund or replacement after due investigation within 2-5 business days.

In case of Missing product

  • Missing products to be notified with 24 hours of receiving the consignment via email to e.orders@biobasics.org
  • The order number, receipt or proof of purchase, clear image of the outer box and opened box to be sent through mail.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter
  • We will be happy to resend the missing product after due investigation within 2-5 business days or add store credit to your account.

In case of spoiled product

  • Any spoiled or infested products to be notified with 48 hours of receiving the consignment via email to e.orders@biobasics.org
  • The order number, receipt or proof of purchase, clear image or video of the product along with the date of packing to be shared over mail.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter
  • Product will be replaced or refund will be initiated after due investigation within 2-5 business days or add store credit to your account

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your query is investigated or return of item is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and granted by way of direct refund or store credit to you.

Non Returnable items:

  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any items of perishable nature.

               We will be unable to accept returns or a refund request for any product due to variance in taste, colour, texture and aroma as our organic products are manually processed and may differ in batches.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
