The rice was very tasty, No heaviness after food consumed, personally I will recommend diabetics people must go with rice on their routine food intake!

Customer sensitivity is good (they replaced a missed item of the packing list without requiring complicated verification process).
Customer contact was good (no complicated and impersonal IVR response).
Quality of products seem good, however, it will take some time to assess in actual use.
It's a niche segment that deserves to be encouraged.

I understand quality comes with a price . But I don't think it has to be at 100% margin. I would buy again if they can work on this aspect.
My wife made winter-time Gur Chiki from the sesame seeds, she says that all the Bio Basics products are of good quality!
good item to buy n the supplier should ensure it is organically grown product. Try to cut the cost on transportation and packing martial which get added to cost.
To know it's safe to consume.
