Red Rice Rava/Idli Rava
Description
Red Rice Rava (Karijiddu rice) is a type of flour made from red rice that is coarsely ground. It retains the natural nutrients and fiber of red rice, offering a healthier alternative to regular semolina (rava). This versatile ingredient is used in a variety of dishes such as Idli, upma, dosas, and porridges, providing a distinct nutty flavor and a rich reddish-brown color. Red rice rava is particularly popular in South Indian and other Asian cuisines for its nutritional benefits.
