Description
Roselle or Ambadi as it is known in some parts of India has high medicinal values and is used to refresh from the harsh summer heat. The bright red color of the tea is the result of high levels of anthocyanins in the flowers. They have a sweet and tart flavor similar to that of cranberries. Enjoyed both hot and cold they make flavourful tea and sharbat.

Powdered Roselle flower petals
Cooking Instruction
For tea - use a tsp of Roselle powder with 1 cup of boiling water. Allow it to brew for 3-4 mins and serve.
Storage Instruction
Keep the pack in an airtight jar in a cool and dry place.
