Minimum Order Value

We have minimum order value that changes from time to time which will be mentioned o the cart page. This is to ensure better packaging, transportation and to reduce shipping cost for customers.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on the same day or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order (whichever is later). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

What if the product is received in damaged condition? 

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9790516500 or email us at e.order@biobasics.org mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

Nuts about it

I love love love peanuts and use it wherever I can. When Bio Basics offered up the chilly garlic peanut butter and I decided to get it, I had no.idea it would open up such delicious possibilities.

For me, knowing that some farmer has grown the peanuts organically, despite difficult odds, is special. I know enough about organic farming to know how big a step it is for a farmer to take. No pesticides, no chemicals, therefore less yield perhaps...but so good for the soil, the environment and of course for my health and that of my loved ones.

The peanut butter is stone ground. I value that. Marinading my paneer in it, or just preparing it ito a salad dressing has had lip- smacking results.

A smart buy. I have also gifted it to friends.
