Naturally grown and unpolished, our Yellow Moong Whole is rich in plant protein, fiber, and easy to digest. Ideal for dals, soups, khichdi, or sprouting. A staple in traditional Indian diets—now brought to you straight from our organic farms. It is a heritage variety that grows mostly in Karnataka and parts of Maharashtra.
Rinse 1 cup yellow moong whole.
Soak in water for 4–5 hours (optional, but helps soften faster).
Cook in 3 cups water with a pinch of turmeric and salt.
Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles or boil in a pot until soft.
