Sand was present in the food ,threw away the product..seems this is not made by you, definitely this is trading!

Tried out a new recipe the other day using the oil, delicious, slurp.
i recieved no rice in my order. i was travelling so opened the pacage late so did not get a chance to repond earlier. prepaid online orders work on the trust that the retailer is following an adequate amount of honest procedures. Not. in this case
I have received the rice spilled by being torn all over the floor from the packaged box and the team is very reckless to respond and all excuses.
I was shown a picture of a cloth bag and received the rice in plastic bags.
It was a huge disappointment.
Would definitely not recommend this product or the website to anyone.
