Believe it or not, we are adding new wheat to our collection! They are beautiful, bold & come in such a variety of hues (purple, black, golden - you name it we got it!). If you did not know - Bio Basics wheats all come from single origin organic farms or organic farmer groups. They are all grown organically, stored naturally, and milled in small batches. The wheat flours are sun-dried, freshly milled & cleaned just before packing your orders!
