Foxtail Millet (Raw)
Foxtail/Thinai/Navane is one of the most used millets. Bio Basics' Foxtail millet is grown by organic farmer groups in Pudukottai and Harur, processed in their facility.
Unpolished, with its natural yellow colour, this has a nutty taste. Cook with 1: 3.5 water in an open vessel, fluff gently with a fork before serving. Good to make kheer, laddoos, Kichidis, Variety rice and more!
