The batch of atta I got this time is not fine ground and is giving hard time making rotis

I’ve been a fan of bio basics emmer wheat atta for its texture and flavor and have been purchasing regularly. But the last batch I ordered is not good - the flour texture is not good and the rotis turn out hard (unfortunately I ordered 6kg this time). It is totally disappointing that bio basics is unable to maintain same quality across batches especially considering the price point of their atta. Not buying again!
