Cook
Coarsely ground, and pre roasted this is ready to use. All you need to do is mix it with water, add salt for taste, and mix gently till the flour is moist enough to make balls.

You are ready to make one of the favourite breakfasts of Kerala.
This flour can also be used to make quick rice rotis (called rottis in Kerala) with grated coconut ( optional), finely chopped shallots, coriander greens, green chillies, garlic and salt to taste.
Make a dough with warm/hot water, mix in the chopped veggies and spices.
Roll the rice balls and gently press the dough like you do for bhakris and cook them on the chappathi tava.
