Our whole Ragi is organically grown in the tribal regions of Tamil Nadu and carefully processed to retain its natural goodness. It is naturally gluten-free, making it a great alternative for those with gluten sensitivity. Ragi is incredibly versatile and widely used in traditional South Indian dishes like dosas, idlis, porridges, laddus, and mudde (ragi balls). The sprouted ragi flour we offer also comes from the same farming collective and is especially prized for its enhanced digestibility and nutrient availability.
