Suddenly it's summer weather in October and our millet flakes are back in stock. So here's one of our absolute favourite ways to enjoy millet flakes/aval - a quick, easy, protein packed aloo poha. It's the perfect breakfast for these golden days ☀️

 

 

 

   


 So save, share and make this poha. It's pretty much the fastest, delicious and nutritious breakfast we can think of! The addition of millet flakes amps up the goodness of an already healthy staple. Oh and the recipe is completely customisable. Substitute ragi flakes for any of your favourite millet flakes. Add in your pick of veggies, spices, and garnishes. It's a good time guaranteed!
