Our product prices listed on the website are inclusive of GST but excludes Shipping & Delivery costs, which will be charged extra, depending on the weight and volume of your consignment. Bio Basics may at its own discretion, decide to reduce or waive all or part of the Shipping & Delivery Charges, depending on your Order Value.

Minimum Order Value

We have minimum order value that changes from time to time which will be mentioned o the cart page. This is to ensure better packaging, transportation and to reduce shipping cost for customers.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received before 10am are dispatched on the same day or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order (whichever is later). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. 

What if the product is received in damaged condition? 

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-9790516500 or email us at e.order@biobasics.org mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.

This Basmati rice comes from an organic farmers group in Karnataka. Most popular fragrant rice - fine, long, slender rice variety. Known for its aroma & taste, excellent for special rice preparations including biriyani & pulavs. Cook with 1: 2 water in a vessel on low fire after water comes to boil.

Have not received products

Despite getting messages that said I was going to receive my order on Thursday, I haven't received anything! This is the second time I'm experiencing this with Biobasics. Their stuff is good but the delivery system needs to be revisited

Flavourful basmati

I have purchased the raw basmati rice multiple times and it’s the best basmati I have used till date. It’s taste is earthy and I use it for my biryani’s. It has become a staple in our pantry.
