Description
Red cowpea is arguably the most popular whole pulse in Kerala and forms a part of daily cuisine. It is a very tasty whole pulse and used with a range of vegetables or as a standalone. To cook, soak for an hour or two and then cook with 1:2 water in a pressure cooker for three whistles or in an open vessel with 1:3 water.
