Dry Fruits Ladoo - Recipe

It's veganuary and we are sharing a wonderful, quick, decadent dessert perfect for this winter season. This dry fruits laddoo is the simplest switch you can make to save the planet. It's sugar-free and gluten-free but most importantly Vegan! If you did not know, almost our entire range is completely vegan and cruelty-free. 

Being ethical, sustainable and vegan is important to being Bio Basics. So if we can urge you to make one small change this is it – Try this dry fruits laddoo, make one meal a week plant-based, support local farmers, eat seasonally... Because every little bit helps 🍃

 

Ingredients -

Bio Basics’ Figs, Cranberries, Blackberries, Apricot, Walnuts, Almond, Cashews.

Really just any nuts & dry fruits your heart desires… PS- All of Bio Basics’ nuts & dry fruits come straight from the organic farm of our Kashmiri farmer. They are all grown, processed & stored without any chemicals or adulterants! 

Method -

  • Roughly chop the nuts and dry roast them
  • Set the nuts aside and soften the dry fruits in the same pan with a bit of coconut oil
  • Pulse the dry fruits into a paste with a pinch of cardamom powder
  • Bind the nuts and pulsed dry fruits into little laddoos

It is that simple!
